Caspian states reach consensus on over 70% of sea’s legal regime

TEHRAN, March 11 (MNA) -- Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast stated on Wednesday that the five Caspian Sea states have reached a consensus on over 70 percent of the Caspian Sea legal regime.
